These rides, are open to all, are based on the Sustrans routes in the Howardian Hills leaflet produced by Yorkshire Outdoors ( ). Lycra definitely is not compulsory but we would ask riders to wear a cycling helmet, carry a drink, a snack and a waterproof.  Not that any of us expect it to rain this summer.  Your cycle should be in a safe and road worthy condition.  Under sixteen?  Please bring a responsible adult to look after!

If you have queries please contact Colin or Keith.
