These rides, are open to all, are based on the Sustrans routes in the Howardian Hills leaflet produced by Yorkshire Outdoors (www.yorkshire.com ). Lycra definitely is not compulsory but we would ask riders to wear a cycling helmet, carry a drink, a snack and a waterproof.  Not that any of us expect it to rain this summer.  Your cycle should be in a safe and road worthy condition.  Under sixteen?  Please bring a responsible adult to look after!

If you have queries please contact Colin or Keith.
