Rural Action Yorkshire have an information event taking place in Slingsby village hall on Wednesday 22nd January titled ‘Keep Warm, Save money’.
As the event information on their website states:
Join us for a practical, but informal session packed full of useful information about reducing energy bills.
- Find out why it matters that you keep your home warm.
- How you can avoid damp
- Tips for using your heating more wisely
- Ideas for warming and nourishing food
- How to get information on switching energy providers
This event is for: anyone concerned about paying their energy bills this winter, older residents, young families, parish councilors, carers.
The session is 11am –2.30pm and includes a light lunch. Bring along your questions.
