Field south of Aspen Way
On Monday 4th June, Savills (UK) Ltd undertook a consultation exercise on the behalf of Castle Howard Estate to discuss with the community a potential development at Land to the South of Aspen Way, Slingsby. An outline planning application is currently being prepared for the erection of up to 38 dwellings on the land. Savills advise us that all matters have been reserved for later determination, save for access. The application is being prepared in line with the emerging allocation of the site for residential development by Ryedale Council.
Those who were able to attend on the day may already have completed a Feedback form on the proposals. This initial consultation will end on Monday 18th June.
