Lost keys – can you help?

We have just learnt that some keys were lost somewhere close to the Grapes Inn in Slingsby just before 11 a.m. on Sunday 12th November.

There was an Audi car key and also some house keys, which were held together in a purple key organiser.

The owner has drawn a blank with the Grapes and the police. If you have any info, please contact us at the website on [email protected]

We will relay any info to the owner. Thanks!

NY Police propose a Community Panel

North Yorkshire Police are seeking your views about a Community Panel.

North Yorkshire Police are committed to consulting with and listening to our local communities, to seek views and ideas about issues that affect you; how we are responding to those issues; and how we further improve the service we provide.

One way we hope to improve on this is by setting up a community panel. The aim of the panel is to offer a new avenue for us to consult with a wide group of residents who are broadly representative of the communities within North Yorkshire and the City of York.

We would very much appreciate your time in answering a few questions about the proposed panel to help us to create something that works for you. The survey will take no longer than two minutes.
